• TEMPLATES: TEMPLATES are pre-formatted skeleton documents you can use to create your own materials; download the document and start adding YOUR info! Additionally, there will be a 1-2 page "manual" accompanying each document to help you figure out how to best create YOUR document based on the template.
• the VAULT: A TREMENDOUS collection of insider information, the VAULT is where all the tips and strategies you will need are organized. Content in the VAULT rotates according to the time of year. The VAULT holds over 30 PDFs at any given time, which are categorized and easy to find. Documents are concise and specific so that you can easily locate the information you need.
• RULES, TIMELINES, COLLEGE COACH Q&A and loads of additional information perks will constantly be featured for your ongoing benefit.

• STARTER KIT: This kit is your INTRODUCTION, your reminder, and your INSPIRATION throughout the process. It's the biggest compilation of information (5 pages) on the entire site and helps to set the stage as you begin and keep things in perspective as you keep going.
• HARD TRUTH: This is how we help you to KEEP IT REAL. This section is meant to give you things to think about, and offer perspective on lax, life and this whole process as it relates to who you are and what you want. It's where we regulate and help manage expectations.
• RESOURCE BIN: Your GO-TO spot for supplemental items that RTRAK did not create in-house but that are extremely valuable in helping you throughout the process.

• RULES: Playing a sport and engaging in the recruiting process is tough if you do not know the game you are playing or the rules that govern it. Outside of the rules, we will include tips on how to interpret them so that you can be STRATEGIC.
• TIMELINE: We will give you three separate timelines; the CALENDAR function will integrate them all. Crista's timeline will have you preparing your world for what action you need to take as it relates to your communication with college coaches. Michele's timeline will outline the rules/expectations from the college coach perspective as you go through process. Shannon will help you take care of all business OUTSIDE of lacrosse as it relates to admissions/application process.
