Crista created the recruitingtrak 5 years ago as a way to help girls + their parents through the recruiting process. With her history in the industry and front line recruiting experience for over 15 years, Crista has consolidated a massive amount of recruiting information and made it accessible and impactful.
BIO
Crista is known as much for her lacrosse expertise as her personality and she cannot help but think/talk/act outside the box. As a businesswoman, she has been a college coach (Yale), designed and directed Warrior Sports’ initial women’s product line, consulted 4 high school programs to become state champions, travelled to build programs in the UK + Japan, produced amazing instructional lax DVDs and operates her own company, BOUNCE, which manages club lacrosse teams and provides other college and recruiting-related services for its members. As a player, she is a former Princeton Tiger that holds each of the records she set upon graduation. She was proud to represent the United States in both the 2001 and 2005 World Cup Games. Crista lives in NYC.
